How do I go about exchanges or returns?
Email hello@LVRdesigns.co and a member of our team will help you out within 1-4 business days. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. We offer exchanges on items 30-days after purchase and returns on items 14-days after purchase. There is a $6.50 handling fee on returns. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not fit this description.
My size is out of stock. When will you get more?
Add your name to the item’s waitlist to be notified when your item becomes available again! Sometimes, an item will not be getting any more inventory, this way we can make space for new designs.
What size should I order?
Please take a look at our measurement chart under the “MEASUREMENT CHART” tab under “INFO” We believe that fit is very important in dancewear! So, any insight on your preferred fit and feedback on purchases is encouraged.
When will my order be shipped out?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking info will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
At this time, we are not offering expedited shipping.
Please note that if you have an upcoming event (convention, competition, etc.), we recommend placing your order 10 business days prior to your event to guarantee arrival.
Do you have an ambassador program?

Do you do custom dancewear orders?
At this time we are not taking custom dancewear orders.
Do you do custom costume orders?
Yes, this season we are taking custom group costume orders. Details on booking under our “CUSTOM COSTUME” tab.
